This being my first post on the "family" blog, I thought I might start off with some comma splices, a few miss-spellings and many poorly worded sentences. So you don't expect much. Some of my favorite things are in my workshop. I have many power tools which provide hours of frustration and dashed hopes. I have better luck repairing cars. Outside of the shop, I am an avid hunter, focusing all of my activity on the elusive orange-speckled clay targetist (I shoot skeet). By far my favoritest hobby (and the only one I can currently afford) is photography. Today, Christmas came early in the form of a used set of studio strobes. Out of the box, I am impressed with the quality.
Here are some impromptu shots of Kiera and Jenn in front of the tree:

I LOVE the picture of Jenn hugging Kiera... that one is destined for a frame! Or at least a scrapbook layout.
Great job Kevin... I can't wait to see more of your work. I need something like that too - I just did my first "professional" shoot for a family, and the lighting could have been better.
Ok we are game.. When can we set up an appointment??
Great first post Kevin! Dustin got himself a D40 last week with the 55-200 lens.. he is in heaven.. Maybe you two can get together and discuss photography..
Wow great pictures. A match made in heaven a photographer and as scrapbooker....awwww!!
You should post more often. I have tried to get Aaron too but he is all, umm I don't know what to say.
