Now this may seem like a silly thing to post, but Kevin and I wanted to share our need bed decor. We have always decorated in the warm colors (browns, burgundys, golds, etc.) and we were ready for a change...a big change! We wanted something like a beachy feel...so we opted for brown and light turquoise. After going to 7 stores (no, I am not kidding) we found something at Target (good ole Target). We paid for the entire thing with CASH, which is very unSimpson like. We are very proud of it and still want to add some more pillows, but we ran out of money for now. We also need to paint the walls and change the curtains. We do have a little debate though..... do you think the bedskirt should remain white, be blue, or be brown? What color do you think the walls should be? Thanks for looking!

How fun!! I think that the bed skirt should be a beach sand brown :-) and maybe the walls a color similar to the blue on the spread... or you could go the other way and do a blue skirt and beach sand colored walls. I really like the concept though!

I think the Bed skirt should be the same color as the pillows.. Dark brown. The walls on the other hand I am a little lost on. I think I agree with Kim on that they should be sandy colored. Dont you just love paint and new bed stuff. Its like getting a whole new bedroom.. :D
Jenn use a Chocolate brown bedskirt and sandy beige walls. pick up some color with a fabric wall hanging. Art or posters, or even wrought iron sconces filled with flowers in "your colors" Do not paint walls blue -- you will get so tired of it!!!
