Here is my Valentine's Day gift from Kevin----A raised Vegetable garden. I have always wanted one and now I have one. As you can see, I had a little help from my little one! She really enjoyed sprinkling the plants with dirt and moving around all of my plant markers. So who knows what's what! She loved helping and I loved having her help even when she decided to become one with the veggies and crawl right into the garden!
I planted 3 types of lettuce, brussel sprouts (for Tasha), cauliflower, broccoli, sage, rosemary, cilantro, parsley, carrots, cucumbers, strawberries, and collard greens (I am not sure why I planted those--YUCK!!!) Anyway, this is sort of an experimental year to see what actually grows! Wish me and my little plants luck!

Aww thanks for planting the Brussel sprouts. I can t wait to eat them! YUM YUM!
How fun!! What a neat idea... I think I might have to work on getting one of those!
