Kiera has quite a vocabulary all of the sudden. A lot of it is still gibberish, but some of it is intelligible. Some of it is just down right hilarious! Here is a sampling of what we hear everyday...

Awwww Nun = All Done
Mo = No
Wa Wa = Water
Uh Oh = There is poop in my diaper or I dropped something
Owww = Oreo (the dog)
Momma = I need help or Mommy
Ouuuugggght = Hot
Nigggghhh Nigggghhh = Night Night (time for bed)
Yeyes = eyes
Ma num nums = Pajamas
Unch = Lunch
And our very favorite that she just started saying this week...
YaYa = Kiera
She also for the first time this week put together Hi and Daddy and walked in the house saying Hi Daddy in her little sweet voice. She absolutely melts our hearts when she says this. Other than That's a _____ phrase, this is first combo of words!
She kept walking around my parents house yelling Owww Owww. My stepdad asked what was wrong with her. Turns out she was calling their dogs. She must think all dogs are called Oreo.
I know some day I will regret the fact that she learned to talk, but it is so darn cute.
She still can carry the tune of the ABCs, This Old Man, and some of Twinkle Twinkle. We are definately started to hear A, B, C, and H, I, J, K, and some version of LMNOP in the ABC song.
She has this airplane toy that plays a song to the This Old Man tune. Well when we were on the plane we were looking at the clouds and I said (not sung), Kiera, how does that song go...a cloud over here... and she started humming the tune. Four words and the kids recalls the tune. I couldn't even remember the tune. Amazing!

How cute! I love baby talk... especially when you know what it is that they are trying to say. It's just cute how they think things are pronounced... and just think - in 10 years or so you'll be able to tease her about some of the cuter ones. :-)
