Boo Brags

The Littlest Boo is not so little anymore, so we thought it might be time for an update.
Stats:
Age: Old enough to know better than to stand in her booster seat.
Weight: A lot
Length: Long enough to kick the back of the seats in our car
Height: Tall enough to get into a lot of no-nos
Teeth: More than enough to chomp down on your finger
Really I have no idea how much she weighs, or her height (and yes I know it is the same as length, just trying to be funny), but she is currently in clothing size 24 months and size 5 shoes and is six days shy of 21 months.
New Things:
Color Identification: she can identify all primary and colors with pretty good success and some of the other colors fairly often such as pink, orange, and purple.
Counting: Depending on the day, she can count to ten with lots of help. Some days she only seems to know the number two.
Animal Sounds: (Not sure why this is important-but it is great Boo fun) She currently knows the sounds of: cow, sheep, snake, kitty, doggie, tiger, duck, birdie, rooster, horse, and turkey.
Chores: You can always count on Boo to take things to the trash, put her shoes away, put her dirty clothes in the laundry basket, clean up her toys, close the gate and any door, wipe up milk she has spilled herself (she will pour it on the floor and say "Wipe! Wipe!" meaning she wants a wipe to pick up the mess she made.) You cannot count on her to pick up a giant pile of cheerios she has decided to throw on the floor-we are still working on that!
Words: Oh, she has way too many to list. But, some of the newer ones include Boo (she realizes she is also Kiera), truck, lumina (our car), apple sauce (have no idea who taught her that), airplane, here we go, Ay Chihuahua (no I am not kidding), Mamma Mia (again, I am being truthful), etc.
Potty Training: She is fully trained and in big girl panties all day and night! Yea right-we just barely bought her a potty. She likes to sit on it and bear down trying to push something out. It is hilarious. She has not learned to let go and pee in it. Once she does, she is in for a big surprise...it plays music when she pees!
Music: She can carry so many tunes at this point. The ABC song is getting really clear and so is Night, Night, Sleep Tight, Do not let the bed bugs bite, .... In fact every night when I lay her down in her crib I say "Night Night" and she says "Sleep Tight"
A Boo funny:
For quite some time Kiera has been praying with us before meals and bedtime. Everytime she sits in her chair, she nicely clasps her hands together and says PRAY. Then a couple months ago she starting saying AMEN after we would pray. Well, actually it came out...AAAAAAAA MEN!!!! So, we thought it should be time for her to learn to close her eyes while praying. So we told her to close her eyes and she unclasped her hands and took her hands and closed her eyes tight and just held her hands there. We busted up. I told her to look at me and I preceded to show her that we can close our eyes without using our hands. When I did, she said..."Night Night Mommy!" She cracks us up!
An amazing Boo moment:
We read to Kiera all of the time. We read some books over and over. One of those is called Angel Baby. Well one day recently I decided to not say the last word of each page. When I wouldn't say it, Kiera would. She knew almost every single last word. Kevin and I were amazed.
Well there you have it.... Our Boo Brags!

Aww... they grow up so fast!! She'll be fully potty trained in no time - it's amazing how quickly they get it after the first few days.
